We are a dedicated group of individuals driven by our passion for soccer and the positive impact it can have on young & adult lives. Through recreational, Travel and soon to be Academy programs, we aim to inspire the youth to get involved, stay active, and build confidence—both on and off the field. Our mission is to create a fun, supportive environment where every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and fall in love with the game.

Hello, Coach Omar here! i have a deep passion for soccer and a strong background in leadership and youth development. A Miami native, was a top high school player before a knee injury ended my pursuit of a pro career. i continued competing in local leagues and shifted my focus to coaching in 2011.
A U.S. Army veteran, i completed a tour to Afghanistan in 2009 out of ft drum and rose to the rank of Specialist, mentoring fellow soldiers and honing my leadership skills that i now bring to the field. After my service, i built a trucking business and later became a manager at Olive Garden, before fully dedicating my self to coaching.
Since 2021, i have led innovative youth soccer programs in Watertown, NY, including launching Various Ymca programs and additional community player opertunities for the north country. my player-first approach and commitment to youth development, fuel the fire behind my team,

While I’m new to the world of soccer, I’m definitely not new to working with our youth. For over 10 years, I’ve dedicated my career to foster care, supporting and advocating for children and teens every step of the way.
My passion for empowering youth now meets the world of sports—where I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the connection between athletics and personal growth can be.
That’s what brought me here: to be part of this amazing soccer organization and start a new chapter that combines both heart and action.
It’s deeply fulfilling to bridge my experience with this fresh opportunity.

Hi, I’m Paolo – club manager and lifelong soccer player/fan. I’ve been around the game for as long as I can remember, and now I’m passionate about helping the next generation of athletes grow both on and off the field.
At our youth soccer development program, it’s all about building skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming to take things to the next level, we’re here to guide them every step of the way.
