Andrew Vallance
I am Andrew Vallance, a dedicated soccer coach whose journey began as a player competing at both the high school and collegiate levels. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland, which provided a strong foundation in effective coaching and student development. My professional experience includes coaching at General Brown High School and within Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where I also served as a Health and Physical Education Teacher. This dual role strengthened my belief that true athletic development is holistic—balancing physical skill, mental growth, and personal character. My coaching philosophy centers on building strong character, discipline, and a relentless work ethic. I am committed to helping athletes achieve success both on and off the field. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from LeMoyne College and a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Onondaga Community College. I am currently in my last semester of a Master’s program in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Springfield College. My goal is to enhance the athlete experience by teaching both physical and mental skills to improve performance.

William Sackett
I’m from Sackets Harbor and graduated from Sackets Harbor Central School in 2018. I went on to earn my Associate of Science degree from SUNY Jefferson, then transferred to SUNY Brockport, where I completed my bachelor’s in Physical Education. I played soccer throughout high school, continued for two years at SUNY Jefferson, and further expanded my understanding of the sport at SUNY Brockport. I’ve also gained experience by volunteering and shadowing coaches at Sackets Harbor (Modified and Varsity Soccer) and South Jefferson (Modified Cross Country), and I currently coach teams and programs for the YMCA’s indoor leagues.
